1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, dispatched, or handed over to a courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:
- The order will be cancelled successfully.
- A full refund of the order value will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation fee.
Customers are requested to place COD orders responsibly.
Repeated cancellation, rejection, or refusal of COD orders may result in:
- Restriction of COD services
- Requirement of prepaid payment for future orders
- Temporary or permanent account restrictions
4. Orders Already Dispatched
Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, customers may refer to the Refund & Return Policy, where applicable.
5. Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without a valid reason:
- Shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
- Future COD orders may be restricted.
- Additional verification may be required for future purchases.
6. Cancellation by Samaya Jewellery
Samaya Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
- Payment verification issues
- Operational or technical issues beyond our control
If an order is cancelled by Samaya Jewellery after payment has been received, the customer will receive a full refund.
7. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be initiated within a reasonable timeframe.
