At Samaya Jewellery, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund guidelines.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery of the product.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original tags, labels, certificates (if applicable), and packaging materials
- Show no signs of damage, alteration, or use
- Be returned in the same condition in which it was received
Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accompanying materials may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process such claims, customers must provide:
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened
The unboxing video must clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, and the condition of the product upon opening.
Claims submitted without adequate proof may be declined at our sole discretion.
3. Refunds and Replacements
Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, we may offer:
- A replacement product, subject to availability; or
- A refund to the original payment method
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
- Products showing signs of wear or use
- Products returned after the 7-day return period
- Items for which required proof of damage is not provided
- Returns requested solely due to personal preference, change of mind, or change of taste
5. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer wanting the product after delivery
Please review product details carefully before placing an order.
6. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received from Samaya Jewellery.
7. Inspection and Approval
All returned products undergo inspection upon receipt.
Samaya Jewellery reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
